The City of Bayard Utilities Department includes the Water, Wastewater, Electric, and Street departments. If you are needed utilities turned on call or come by the office (address below).

* Garbage services are contracted services billed by the City; pickup provided by the City of Gering. 

The City has a Dump open Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm; and Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm; anyone wishing to go to the dump needs to contact and pay for their items at the city office. 308-586-1121. Tree limbs continue to be free. The recycling center by the utility building is now Open, if you bring your items there please make sure to put them into the container they belong in.
