Launch the media gallery 1 playerUnder Nebraska state law all commercial and residential locations connected to a public drinking supply requires that a cross-connection be controlled by use of a backflow prevention device in order to regulate and prevent contamination of a water source or public water system.
In order to meet this commitment, the City of Bayard, every five years will conduct a Cross Connection Survey to determine if each location is in compliance of the law.
